Il Residence Casale Nunziatina e’ composto da tre appartamenti indipendenti dalle dimensioni di circa 40 metri quadri. Ogni appartamento e’ composto da camera da letto matrimoniale , soggiorno , bagno interno ,, cucina con tutti gli utensili per il self-catering compresi forno e frigorifero.Vi sono anche LCD TV Color , lavatrice ed asciugacapelli. Tutti gli interni sono arredati in maniera elegante e funzionale alle esigenze degli ospiti. Gli appartamenti sono provvisti di aria condizionata e riscaldamento indipendenti per piacevoli vacanze anche d’inverno . Gli appartamenti denominati EDERA , GIGLIO , GARDENIA possono ospitare rispettivamente tre, quattro , cinque persone . La conformazione degli appartamenti consente anche di alloggiare separatamente due coppie di amici in quanto la camera da letto ed il soggiorno sono divisi da due porte ,con bagno in comune, per una totale privacy degli ospiti. La struttura è dotata di 350 metri di giardino con prato all'inglese ben curato e provvisto di tavoli e sedie per poter consumare i pasti all’esterno dell’appartamento . Vi sono ombrelloni e sedie a sdraio per momenti di relax o semplicemente per abbronzarsi. L’accesso alla struttura, avviene per gli ultimi 400 metri , attraverso un’antica strada romana ,larga circa due metri ,da percorrere con una macchina non molto grande. Per vetture di grosse dimensioni parcheggio convenzionato a 600 metri dalla struttura.
Immersed into the green and surrounded by century-old olive trees and citrus grove Casale Nunziatina is a total noise free environment , nearby the town center (800 meters ) but away from the city traffic and it is the ideal place to spent your holidays in relaxation and friendly atmosphere It is an ancient farmhouse built in 1700 . In year 2006, it has been widely restored; but still preserving the original features, such as arches ,walls, roofs , barrel-vaults and it is provided with all comforts required for a pleasant holiday. The tranquility and the relaxation of the guests are fully guaranteed, along with their privacy, as the house is accessible through a private iron gateway. The Residence is formed by three independent apartments of 40 square meters approx .Each Apartment has Bed room, Living room , Bath room .The cooking-area has all cooking facilities for self-catering, including oven and fridge. The configuration of the apartment allows to accommodate two couples of friends keeping their privacy ,as the two rooms are separated by two doors with the bathroom in common. Each apartment has independent air-conditioning , and heating suitable also for winter holidays. There are also LCD TV set , Washing machine and hair dryer. In front of the apartments there are 350 square meters of garden . The Residence is located 800 meters from Sorrento main square . It is accessible through an ancient roman road ( 2 meters large ) for the final 400 meters. For bigger size cars a guarded parking is available 600 meters far.
